Catering 

Company Picnics, Weddings, Anniversaries, Graduations

10 pound minimum of deer meat per selection.
Price includes all processing, seasonings, smoking, vacuum packaging and cost of added pork.
***PLEASE ALLOW TWO TO FIVE MONTHS FOR FINISHED SMOKED SAUSAGES.***
**We use the slow, time honored process to get the true flavor of our naturally aged summer sausage.

We welcome clean, boneless trim for processing into any of our regular venison products @ 5 cents per pound extra to allow for handling and weigh-in.  We accept frozen trim for Naturally Aged Summer Sausage only until April 1st,and until May 1st for all our regular venison products.         

                                Don't Call Us! We will call you when your sausage order is READY.                                                               

Storage fees will be added 30 days after notification that your products are ready for pickup.                ANY PRODUCT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION WILL BE DISPOSED OF AND REPORTED TO MISSOURI CONSERVATION DEPT. WHICH MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR FUTURE HUNTING PRIVILEGES.                                                                                                                                                      Life too hectic!  Schedule too full!  Finished orders can be shipped right to your door!

Exotic Meat Sales

Many farmers, ranchers and companies like our products, but they want their own name on the product.  This is called Private Labeling.  This is the fastest growing part of our family-owned business.  Value added products have become a famous phrase in recent years.  We will make a product for you, using our award winning recipes, experience, and modern up to date facility.  All you do is supply the meat (state or federal inspected meat) and labels (we will help you with this) and we do the rest.  Call for details and pricing.  Contact person is Mike 1-800-793-SWIS.

 

Retail Store Sales 

Visit our retail store in Swiss, MO.  More than 30 varieties of Bratwurst.  More than 100 different meat products altogether, all homemade in house.  Samples available all day, every day.
