"National Grand Champion" & Two-Time "Missouri State Grand Champion" Our braunschweiger is a two-time "Best of Show" Winner at the prestigious statewide "Wurstfest" Sausage Competition held annually in Hermann, Missouri. It is flavorful, smooth and delicately spiced. Great for gifts, snacks and hors d'oeuvres. Then we went so far as to add Bacon to the blend. Watch out for the goodness that is waiting for you after your first bite! 8 oz. chub

I probably shouldn’t do this review because there won’t be any left for me when I go there. Stuff is the best I’ve ever had bar none!
