If you love a mild, moist ham with a sweet flavor and a delicious smoked accent, choose our cured ham. First, we select lean and tender hams to cure. Then we trim excess fat, moist cure with extra maple sugar added to neutralize the salt, then smoke them slowly over a burning hickory fire to a beautiful brown.
Available as a whole ham (15-17 lbs) or half ham (7-9 lbs), with spiral slicing available for either size.
